The first step is your only step! The whole process starts when you make an order from Kivi Pets.

Next, we take our locally sourced ingredients and cook them after you make your order, taking great care to ensure everything is of the highest quality and is perfectly balanced. We then vacuum seal and flash-freeze the cooked food to preserve the flavor and nutrients.

Then we deliver your product directly to your door no more than 4 days after you place your order. We deliver ourselves, so no middlemen or crazy shipping costs.
